Warranty & Returns

By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service. For all other purchases, please contact the store where you originally made your purchase. 

Cancellations

If your order has not been shipped yet, you have the option to cancel it. To proceed with the cancellation, please contact our Customer Support Team with your order number, and we will look into the status of the order to see if order can be cancelled on your behalf. Please note cancellation is not guaranteed if your order has been shipped.
Once an order is shipped the terms of our Warranty & Returns policy will take effect. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on any canceled orders.

Limited Warranty

Armeator warrants all “Armeator” branded products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for the period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. Should any repairs or servicing under this warranty be required by you during the limited warranty term, please contact Armeator Support Team at email support@armeator.com

Armeator will, at its option, repair or replace the product or any defective parts with a product that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product. Replacement products and parts are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for 60 days or, the remainder of the applicable warranty period of the original Armeator Product they are replacing or in which they are installed, whichever is longer. This Limited Warranty does not cover any damage or loss which may be the result from wear and tear, abnormal storage conditions, incorrect use, commercial use, or use with 3rd Party Products hardware/software, abuse, improper installation of the product, static discharge, neglect, lightning, accidents, or other external causes, and does not apply if the product has been tampered with, modified, altered or repaired in any way without expressed authorization by Armeator.

Warranty is voided when product is used outside the specifications of the product. For example, but not limited to exposing the product to temperatures higher than its maximum threshold, submerging and leaving in water when not in use, charging product with incorrect charger, etc. 

Returns (if applicable)

Our policy lasts 30 days from your order delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since that time, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

The following items are non-returnable items:

(1) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

(2) Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.  

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your order is canceled successfully or your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have confirmed your cancellation information or received returned item(s), then your refund will be processed, you will receive your refund within 7 to 15 days. If you have not received your item(s) within 50 days of order, we will either resend the item at no charge to you or provide a full refunds for your purchase upon written request. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
