One Probe, Two Sensors

1. How long will it take to receive my product?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day of payment of order. Normally it takes about 7-10 business days to receive the product. There may be delays when encountering holidays, promotion days, customs inspections, etc.
2. Armeator Ambient Temperature Not Working？
The ambient sensor is embedded near the top of the ceramic handle of the probe. There are two reasons that could cause the ambient temperature to appear defective: 1.It takes a longer time for the heat to go through the ceramic handle to reach the ambient sensor.
2.The probe is inserted into the meat which normally is at low temperature. So the cold tip end of the probe will convey cold temperature to the ambient sensor through the stainless steel probe which will drag down the ambient sensors reading.
However, when you do low-and-slow cooking, this issue won’t bother you as the ambient sensor will give an accurate reading when the cooking time gets longer.
3. When the ambient temperature exceeds 300 ℃/572 ℉ Fahrenheit, the ambient temperature is displayed as “HI”.
3. How long does the battery last?
ARMEATOR A1: If fully charged, the probe can last 72 hours continuously cooking. If you don't use the product, and the dock battery lasts over 45 days.
4. What is the maximum temperature the ARMEATOR A1 can withstand?
The ARMEATOR A1 has a max ambient temperature range of 572 ℉ or (300℃).
The ARMEATOR A1 can withstand 572℉ or (300 ℃). This does not mean the ARMEATOR A1 will become damaged above this temperature but there is a higher chance that ARMEATOR A1 could be damaged if the ambient temperature goes above 572℉ or (300 ℃).
5. Is there any way to distinguish between different probes?
If you have multiple probes, you can label them with numbers. Simply tap the number icon on the 'My Device(s)' page of the app, and you can customize the numbers from 1 to 6 in a serial sequence.
6. How many ARMEATOR Probe can be paired to my phone?
You can have up to 7 ARMEATOR Probes paired to your phone. You cannot have the same probe paired to multiple phones.
7. Why does the app indicate that the probe is disconnected during cooking?
This may occur for two primary reasons:
1.The probe or dock may have a low battery, leading to a weak signal. Please monitor the probe and dock's power status through the app or dock screen and recharge them when the battery is low.
2.The distance between the dock and the probe exceeds the maximum range, or there is significant interference between the dock and the probe, such as a wall. All-metal sealed stoves can disrupt the Bluetooth signal and weaken it.
If this situation arises, there's no need to panic. The probe's temperature monitoring will continue to function. Simply ensure that the dock is positioned close to the probe, and it will automatically reconnect once the Bluetooth signal is restored.
